DESCRIPTION:This is a 2 Part Supervisor Training Course – attendance is required for both sessions. Session 1 was March 8\, 2022. Thanks to the TBG Safety Service Association\, these training courses are free to attend. However\, if both sessions are not attended by the same registrant\, a $50 fee will be charged.  \nThis Leadership Series will focus on the challenges supervisors face in construction related industries\, and is designed to help you become a more effective leader. Regardless if you are new to the supervisor position\, have overseen employees for decades\, manage one employee or many dozens; participants will gain valuable knowledge and takeaway key action items surrounding the following topics. \nSession 2: April 21st\, 8:30-11:30 am at TBG\n1. Learn to identify your leadership style.\n2. Understand the leadership styles of others.\n3. Utilize other leadership styles when communicating with coworkers for maximum effectiveness.\n4.
