DESCRIPTION:This is a two-part supervisor training course – attendance is required for both sessions. Session 1 was January 16\, 2024. Thanks to the TBG Safety Service Association\, these training courses are free to attend. However\, if both sessions are not attended by the same registrant\, a $50 fee will be charged.  \nThis Leadership Series will focus on the challenges supervisors face in construction related industries\, and is designed to help you become a more effective leader. Regardless if you are new to the supervisor position\, have overseen employees for decades\, manage one employee or many dozens; participants will gain valuable knowledge and takeaway key action items surrounding the following topics. \nSession 2: Tuesday\, February 20\, 8 a.m. to noon at TBG (2919 Eagandale Blvd\, Eagan\, MN 55121)\n1. Learn to identify your leadership style.\n2. Understand the leadership styles of others.\n3. Utilize other leadership styles when communicating with coworkers for maximum effectiveness.\n4.
