SUMMARY:TRANSITIONING FROM “BUDDY TO BOSS"
DESCRIPTION:To register\, please sign-up through the ticket process below. TBG Members will pay a $50 fee\, which will be reimbursed after completion of course. Up to 10 non-TBG Members are welcome to attend the course. Tickets for non-Members are $200. Any questions on registration can be directed to Emily at ecutts@tbg.jcwcreative.com.  \nThis one-day course is from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the TBG Office\, 2919 Eagandale Blvd\, Eagan\, Minn. 55121. Lunch will be provided. \nThis leadership training will focus on the challenges supervisors face in construction related industries\, and is designed to help you become a more effective leader. Regardless if you are new to the supervisor position\, have overseen employees for decades\, manage one employee or many dozens; participants will gain valuable knowledge and takeaway key action items surrounding the following topics. Thanks to the new one-day format\, there are two options to send your key leaders to this impactful training.   \nWe are excited to partner with Tom Esch from Esch Consulting (eschconsulting.com). Tom has successfully trained thousands of construction workers about the art of effective communication and leadership skills leading to greatly improved overall company culture. Tom’s presentations are as entertaining as they are informative thanks to his exceptional experience\, knowledge and expertise on the subject matter at hand.\n1. Mental health in the workplace  \nAfter the successful completion of the Buddy to Boss training session\, TBG’s SSA will reimburse Members for registration costs as a thank you for investing in the growth of your managers and supervisors.   \n
