SUMMARY:Two-part supervisor training: TRANSITIONING FROM “BUDDY TO BOSS" Session 1 of 2
DESCRIPTION:This is a two-part supervisor training course – attendance is required for both sessions. Thanks to the TBG Safety Service Association\, these training courses are free to attend. However\, if both sessions are not attended by the registrant\, a $50 fee will be charged.  \nTo register\, please sign-up through the ticket process below. Up to 10 non-TBG Members are welcome to attend the course. Tickets for non-Members are $200. Any questions on registration can be directed to Emily at ecutts@tbg.jcwcreative.com. \nThis Leadership Series will focus on the challenges supervisors face in construction related industries\, and is designed to help you become a more effective leader. Regardless if you are new to the supervisor position\, have overseen employees for decades\, manage one employee or many dozens; participants will gain valuable knowledge and takeaway key action items surrounding the following topics. \nSession 1: Tuesday\, Feb. 14\, 8 a.m. to noon at TBG (2919 Eagandale Blvd\, Eagan\, MN 55121)\nWe are excited to partner with Tom Esch from Esch Consulting (eschconsulting.com) for Session 1.
