Beginning January 1, 2023, the MN minimum wage is increasing. Have you reviewed your State and Federal Workplace Posters to ensure they are current? Minnesota law requires employers to display five state-mandated posters in a location where employees can easily see them. The posters are available at no cost and must be updated only when Minnesota law changes.
