When it comes to safety training, access matters. While TBG offers a hands-on training facility, we know not every Member can easily step away from the jobsite to attend in-person sessions. That’s why we created the TBG Safety Van — bringing practical, hands-on safety training directly to our Members, wherever they’re working.
Led by our Safety Services team, TBG’s Safety Van allows us to deliver OSHA 10 courses and Member-specific training on topics like fall protection, confined space, and ladder safety — all in a mobile, jobsite-ready setting. Hands-on learning improves retention, reinforces best practices, and helps crews apply safety principles in real-world conditions. It’s just one more way TBG supports safer, more productive jobsites across Minnesota by meeting Members where they are.
