Effective safety training is practical, accessible, and relevant to the work being performed every day. Through our mobile training program, TBG’s safety van and trailer bring hands-on training directly to our Members’ job sites. Equipped for real-world demonstrations, including fall protection, confined-space awareness, electrical safety, and proper tool use, these mobile training units help crews build confidence and reinforce safe work practices where they matter most.
This commitment to safety education is making a difference. Last year, TBG Members experienced nearly 200 fewer accidents, helping create safer jobsites, lower costs, and stronger businesses. It’s one more way TBG goes beyond workers’ compensation coverage to serve as a true safety Partner—providing the tools, resources, and support Members need to protect their people and prevent incidents before they happen.
