In 1997, a group of forward-thinking construction companies set out to take control of rising workers’ comp costs. Their solution? A self-insured fund built on the idea that when responsible businesses act responsibly, everyone wins.
Today, that vision has grown into Minnesota’s premier self-insured workers’ comp fund, serving hundreds of construction companies across the state. Through strong leadership, innovative solutions, and a commitment to safety, TBG continues to protect workers, support businesses, and drive the industry forward.
