Ground Transportation: If you are not renting a car, ground transportation to and from the airport has been arranged with Emerald Florida Keys. They come highly recommended by the Marriott. Their phone number is 305-928-8000.
Breakfasts: Please enjoy breakfast at Gus’ Grille each morning. It can be charged back to your room. If you are attending the meeting, you’ll have time to enjoy breakfast before the meeting on both Friday & Saturday.
Lunches: Lunch will be served in the meeting on Friday. If you are not attending the meeting, you can enjoy lunch at Gus Grille’ or Flipper’s. It can be charged back to your room. The meeting should be adjourned early enough to enjoy lunch with your spouse on Saturday.
Attire: Resort-casual attire is acceptable for meetings and events. You’re welcome to pack what you wish for your free time.
Weather: NO SNOW! Pack for warmer weather!! The average high in Key Largo is 79 with a low of 68 the first week in December.
Sunset: The sun will set around 5:30 each night. We’ve planned our dinners around the sunset in hopes that we all get a chance to enjoy it.
Check-In Time: The normal check in time at the hotel is 4:00 PM. I have requested early check-in times but they cannot guarantee that request will be honored. It will be depend on availability that day.
